Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Free Express Delivery
We use Royal Mail express and next-day delivery services. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery may take longer for Northern Ireland, offshore islands, remote areas and certain postcodes. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is selected at checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Very good company, package arrived on time and packed well. The product itself worked very well the cats stopped scratching within a few hours of using this.
Easy to apply, lasts 4-6 weeks depending on time of year. Kills flees and ticks which is essential if you have an outdoor cat that likes to snuggle up indoors. Easier to use than sprays or powder and less stressful for pet.

Started to work after a day. The cats had a slight reaction to it but made them clean themselves more. Really good for flea egg. Works for a long time. If the cats get fleas again I will buy again.

Frontline is known to be the one of the best on the market and I can vouch! After trying a few different cheaper brands I always end up coming back to Frontline for long term use. My older cat is more resilient, but my younger cat is highly sensitive to allergies and fleas. Since changing back to Frontline my kitty has dramatically improved in health, she's stopped over grooming and pulling out all her fur after finding out she has an allergy to fleas/dirt. No other brand seemed to work and ive tried a few!! I was worrried it was another underlining health issue but since changing to frontline, she's put weight back on, eating properly again, stopped being sick all the time and having runny bowls.. within 3 months she's back to her old self again and fully on the mend and I definitely won't be changing away from Frontline again. 👌 highly recommend.
Works out cheaper than my pets at home prescription as i got it on offer, but won't get again at full price Will update on results. Always know the brand to be good.
Ill buy again, its worth it. Gentle enough to not burn the skin, but most fleas are gone. I see cats are relieved after a day from application. It didnt kill all the fleas but I barely see any now. Honestly great results, happy cats.
As first-time cat owners, we needed to sort out a flea treatment for our new arrivals, and this brand was recommended by family. I’m happy to say it lived up to the suggestion. The process was surprisingly straightforward; I found the easiest way was to distract our cats with a little yogurt, which made applying the solution to the back of their necks a fuss-free process.The results were what mattered most, and they were impressively fast. Within 24 hours, we noticed both cats were scratching significantly less, so it's seems to be effective at controlling fleas.This pack contains enough treatment to cover our two cats for a few months, making it a cost-effective choice. Pricing on Amazon is also decently cheaper than in-store prices from my experience.
I purchased this flea treatment to treat our two cats after we noticed fleas on them. They'd also been scratching so much that they had developed quite a few scabs and were obviously uncomfortable.Normally we would get some treatment from the vet but we are having to cut back on expenses and this was a far cheaper option. You get six 0.5ml pipettes that need to be used once a month to kill fleas, ticks and lice, so for us this is three treatments per cat so really good value.They're simple to use. Simply snap the top of the pipette off, part the cats fur at the back of the neck, just above and between the shoulder blades (putting it here prevents the cat from being able to lick the product) then squeeze the product onto the cats skin. It's important to get it onto the skin as it needs to soak in to work. It will not work properly if you dispense it onto fur. If your cat is a bit fidgety it's probably easier to have one person hold the cat and another to administer the flea drops.We've found this product to work really well. Both cats are now more comfortable, less itchy and they're scabs are healing which is a good sign that the fleas are dying off. We've also not seen any fleas for a while, neither on the cats themselves or their beds which I'm pleased about.If like us you have a multi cat household it's best to treat all cats at the same time. If you have a large infestation you will probably need to use a household treatment too to get rid of any fleas and their eggs in soft furnishings to prevent them getting back on to your cat later, or at the very least daily hoovering of the main areas that the cats spend time in. You also need to keep on top of the treatment to prevent the fleas returning, so I've marked the date of the next treatment on the calendar to remind me.I'm really pleased with how well this product has worķed after just one application.
